We partner with a select group of growing businesses to bring clarity, consistency, and thoughtful direction to their marketing. From brand voice and content strategy to campaigns and marketing systems, our role is to help companies move beyond reactive marketing and build something more meaningful over time.

To support this work, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager who enjoys turning ideas into engaging content that feels authentic to each brand.

The Role

This is a remote, part-time role supporting social media for multiple client accounts.

You’ll work closely with the founder to bring marketing strategies to life across social platforms — creating content that reflects each client’s voice, connects with their audience, and keeps their brand consistently present online.

This isn’t about filling feeds with generic posts or endless Canva templates. It’s about creating thoughtful, engaging content that feels real.

We’re especially excited to find someone who enjoys working with short-form video, Reels, and simple storytelling through visuals.

What You'll Do

  • Create engaging social media content for client accounts

  • Develop monthly content plans aligned with marketing strategy

  • Write captions that reflect each client’s voice and audience

  • Design simple but thoughtful graphics and visual content

  • Edit and publish short-form videos and Reels

  • Schedule posts and manage publishing calendars

  • Monitor engagement and support basic community interaction

  • Track performance and identify opportunities for improvement

You’ll help ensure each client’s social presence feels consistent, natural, and aligned with their brand.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands

  • Strong writing skills and a natural feel for tone and voice

  • Ability to create engaging visual content (beyond basic templates)

  • Experience creating or editing short-form video and Reels

  • Familiarity with scheduling tools and social analytics platforms

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and content calendars

  • Ability to work independently while staying in communication with the team

Bonus Skills

  • Photography or simple video shooting

  • Experience working with small business brands

  • Basic design sense and visual storytelling skills
