Founder Angela Hayward has spent over 20 years working in marketing, helping organizations clarify their message, reach the right audience, and build systems that support long-term growth. Along the way, she also spent eight years teaching marketing at the college level, guiding the next generation of marketers through both the theory and the practice behind effective marketing. But the work has never been purely academic.
Angela also built a consumer brand from the ground up. Grounded Tea started as an idea and grew into a fully developed product brand — selling both directly to customers and through retail partners. From product development and packaging to marketing, distribution, and customer experience, the brand was built one decision at a time. That experience shaped the philosophy behind Wild.
